Six Senses CEO Neil Jacobs said: "Six Senses London is groundbreaking. Not only because it has top-tier SPA and facilities, but also because it will introduce a new type of social and wellness club unheard of in this great city.

We are creating urban sanctuaries. These places and spaces are designed for short stays and modern lifestyles, helping guests feel good every day—no longer just on brief vacations, but in their own city as well. Six Senses resorts offer immersive, nature-inspired experiences, while our city hotels blend the same philosophy with the energy of an urban environment."

According to the official press release, Six Senses London was jointly developed by IHG Hotels & Resorts, Chinese Estates Holdings Limited, real estate developer Valouran, and Gruppo Statuto.

Dickie Wong, Vice Chairman of Chinese Estates and joint venture investment partner for The Whiteley project, said: "The Whiteley was once London's first department store, carrying a great legacy of history and community. The opening of Six Senses London marks a milestone in reimagining this building as a landmark residential and hotel destination. We are honored to inject new vitality into this iconic building and look forward to its long-term impact on the community and surrounding area—leaving a meaningful mark in West London and elevating Queensway to the international stage."
