Novak Djokovic Joins Private Equity Giant General Atlantic as Global Strategic Advisor
On June 27, private equity giant General Atlantic announced that tennis star Novak Djokovic will join the firm as a Global Strategic Advisor. As one of the most accomplished athletes in history and a global advocate for high performance and healthy living, Djokovic will work closely with the firm's leadership, portfolio companies, and investors, sharing insights on leadership, resilience, and innovation—principles that align deeply with General Atlantic's commitment to excellence.

As Global Strategic Advisor, Djokovic will leverage his experience as an athlete, investor, and entrepreneur to help General Atlantic continue partnering with founders and entrepreneurs who are building high-growth, category-defining companies.
In recent years, Djokovic has focused particularly on health sector investments. Notable examples include:
- Austrian beverage company Waterdrop, and co-founding supplement company SILA with it in 2024;
- Sorghum-based healthy snack company Cob Foods;
