Top Golfer Tommy Fleetwood Opens Golf Academy in Abu Dhabi

On November 9, during this year's DP Tour Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship, renowned British golfer Tommy Fleetwood officially inaugurated the new Tommy Fleetwood Academy (TFA) in partnership with Viya, the UAE golf and hospitality group.

Located at the prestigious Yas Links Abu Dhabi, this new academy is the third Tommy Fleetwood Academy. Previously, he operated two other academies: one in his hometown of Southport, England, and another in Dubai, where he resides.

After rising to the ranks of Europe's top players, Tommy Fleetwood moved his family to Dubai in 2022, becoming a UAE resident. At the academy's launch, he said: "The UAE has always felt like a second home to me and my family. Our academy in Dubai has already created something truly special and continues to grow. Now, expanding to Abu Dhabi and giving back here means a lot to us."

In addition to golf academies, Tommy Fleetwood has invested in real estate, luxury cars, and even golf course development projects. On the business front, he also partners with renowned brands such as BMW, TAG Heuer, and Nike.
