Novak Djokovic's New Wellness Programme Curated for Aman Launches at Five Hotels Worldwide
AMAN has launched a new Mobility & Recovery Programme, personally curated by global brand ambassador and wellness advisor Novak Djokovic, now available at five Aman properties worldwide.
This three-day immersive programme is designed for guests seeking improved athletic performance, faster recovery, and longevity, blending racket-inspired training, strength and conditioning, targeted recovery sessions, and mindfulness practices.

Tailored to each resort's unique setting, the three-day itinerary is fully customizable and includes: dynamic mobility work, gym-based conditioning, guided stretching, spa thermal contrast therapy, cryotherapy, spa treatments, and wellness-focused dining.
The five hotels currently offering the Mobility & Recovery Programme are:
- Amanyara, Turks and Caicos: Djokovic's original retreat on Providenciales, combining beachfront training spaces, restorative spa therapies, and natural tranquility.
- Aman Nai Lert, Bangkok, Thailand: Set within a historic park, offering a serene urban escape where guests can balance intense training in a lush, green oasis.
- Amanpuri, Phuket, Thailand: Aman's first resort in Thailand, where the programme integrates private beach and wellness facilities with personalized exercise and recovery plans.
- Amanoi, Vietnam: Overlooking Vinh Hy Bay, the programme combines forest and beachfront training sessions with unique experiences like extended Russian banya rituals in a forest wellness pool villa.
- Amanzoe, Greece: A hilltop sanctuary with sweeping views of the Peloponnesian coastline, offering fresh sea breezes and a world-class spa.

Aman notes that Djokovic curated the Mobility & Recovery Programme but will not be present in person; Aman's multidisciplinary team provides on-site guidance.
The programme aims to help guests return to daily life feeling rejuvenated and stronger, as Djokovic says, while also equipping them with practical techniques and habits they can use at home.
In May 2025, Aman and Djokovic first collaborated. He contributed to the development of the "The Detoxification Programme by Novak Djokovic" focused on mind-body reset, internal cleansing, and recovery. In November 2025, he visited Amanyara in the Caribbean to host a three-day wellness retreat.
