Smart Tennis Court Tech Provider Zenniz Raises $6M
Recently, smart tennis court solution provider Zenniz announced a $6 million funding round. Founded in Helsinki, Finland, Zenniz primarily serves tennis clubs and academies.
This round brought together venture capital firms from multiple countries, including: Finland's Butterfly Ventures and Superhero Capital, France's Seventure Partners, and Brazil's Bromélia Capital. Miki Kuusi, founder of Finnish food delivery giant Wolt, also participated in this round.

Zenniz is dedicated to upgrading ordinary tennis courts into smart courts through its hardware and software system, offering a one-stop solution. In June 2025, Zenniz became one of the first providers to receive ITF certification, allowing its electronic line calling to be used in club-level international tournaments.
Currently, Zenniz offers two product lines:
- Zenniz Gen2: Installation cost approximately$13,500, plus a monthly$70 fee for data storage and maintenance. Features include: Electronic Line Calling (ELC), video services (match recording and editing), gamified training, and AI performance analysis.
- Zenniz Lite: Installation cost approximately$2,000, plus a monthly$30 fee. Features focus on video services and general statistical analysis.

According to Zenniz's website, its partners include: Mouratoglou Tennis Academy in France, the ATP 250 tournament in Båstad, Sweden, Kros Tennis Club in Bali, and BallenIsles Tennis Club in Palm Beach Gardens, USA, among others.
Zenniz encourages clubs to increase court rental fees or membership fees, or to share revenue with Zenniz when clubs guide users to subscribe to the premium version of Zenniz's consumer app (monthly$14.90).

Recently, Zenniz announced the formal expansion of its US operations, establishing a headquarters in Sandy Springs, Georgia, 15 miles from Atlanta. Zenniz Managing Director Santtu Leskinen said: “We are seeing more and more partnerships and facilities adopting our technology in the US. To ensure our systems run smoothly for years, we need to have a presence in the US—not only to maintain existing relationships but also to continue growing our customer base.”
