Shunwei Capital Invests in Sleep Health, Shenzhen Yehe Technology Completes Angel Round
Shenzhen Yehe Technology Co., Ltd. ("Yehe Technology") recently announced the completion of a tens of millions RMB angel round exclusively provided by Shunwei Capital.
Founded in Shenzhen in 2025, Yehe Technology's first consumer-grade OSA medical product focuses on the sleep breathing track, developing wearable neck devices for snorers and patients with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). Compared with ventilators—the most effective clinical treatment for OSA—Yehe Technology's consumer-grade OSA medical product features lightweight, comfort, and no posture restrictions, with an overall weight under 80 grams, a thickness of only 10mm, and almost no burden when worn.

Currently, the consumer-grade OSA market lacks products that achieve a good balance between comfort and effectiveness. Existing products include smart anti-snoring pillows, electrical stimulation pillows, and other pillow-type solutions, as well as small auxiliary devices like oral appliances and nasal strips. While these improve comfort, their therapeutic intervention effects are limited.
Starting from a principle with small-scale clinical validation, Yehe Technology's first product creates a wearable device that enables non-invasive intervention during the sleep cycle, capable of real-time monitoring of physiological indicators such as snoring, blood oxygen, and heart rate, achieving personalized intervention. This product will be released within 2026.

Company founder Ran Xinxin holds a medical doctorate from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and has medical backgrounds from West China Hospital and Ruijin Hospital, with long-term focus on interdisciplinary research in medicine and engineering. In clinical practice, Ran Xinxin identified the pain point of patients lacking consumer-grade anti-snoring medical products and successfully developed the first prototype in the startup incubator of Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology. The founding team consists of professionals and technical talents from universities such as Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Tsinghua University, and Harbin Institute of Technology.
Regarding commercialization, Ran Xinxin stated that the product will initially be launched directly as a health consumer product, focusing on overseas markets such as North America. Meanwhile, clinical trials will proceed in parallel, and the company will gradually build medical barriers in the long term, potentially establishing independent product lines to upgrade products to medical-grade standards.
