Andy Murray Invests in British Golf Fashion Brand Manors Golf

March 12, 2026

According to The Times, retired Scottish tennis star Andy Murray (pictured below) has become a new shareholder in London-based golf fashion brand Manors Golf.

The funding round was led by Redrice Ventures, of which Murray is a partner, raising a total of £3 million for Manors Golf. The funds will be used to drive the brand's next phase of international expansion, with a particular focus on accelerating its presence in the U.S. market—where approximately 40% of sales currently come from.

Previously, Manors Golf completed two funding rounds of £1 million each in 2023 and 2024. Former Arsenal and England footballer Theo Walcott (pictured below left), British actor Nicholas Hoult (pictured below right), and British TV duo Ant & Dec are also shareholders in the brand.

Since retiring in 2024, Murray has devoted a significant amount of time to golf, even joking, "My kids think I'm a golfer."

Commenting on the investment, Murray said that when Manors Golf approached Redrice Ventures last year, he "immediately connected with the founders' passion and vision." He further explained, "The product itself is excellent, but a great product alone is not enough. They have gone a step further to create something truly unique. I firmly believe they can build a long-term successful business brand on this foundation."

Manors Golf was co-founded in 2019 by Jojo Regan, Luke Davies, and Nick Watts. Initially positioned to cater to the fashion preferences of the younger generation of golfers, the brand later shifted its focus to functional golf apparel.

In 2025, Manors Golf's sales reached £2.7 million, an increase of 167% compared to 2024, and the company achieved basic profitability for the first time. Management hopes to replicate this growth this year.

Currently, three-quarters of Manors Golf's sales come from its official website. The product line includes T-shirts, polo shirts, outerwear, base layers, trousers, footwear, and accessories, and is also sold in department stores such as Harrods and Selfridges. Polo shirts are priced between £65 and £110, while some jackets retail for up to £300.
